DAY 01: HARIDWAR/DELHI

Pick up from Delhi/Haridwar Railway Station & proceed to Haridwar. On Arrival, Check In at the hotel & relax. Evening visit Har-ki-Pauri to take Holy Bath & to see Ganga Aarti. Drive back to your hotel. Take Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 02: HARIDWAR – SERSI / GUPTKASHI

After breakfast, drive to Guptkashi. Enroute Rudraprayag (The Sangam Of Alaknanda & Mandakini River), Guptkashi Temple. On arrival, check in Hotel, Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Sersi / Guptkashi. Guptakashi: The name Gupt Kashi means “Hidden Benares. Mythology describes how when the Pandava brothers were searching for a glimpse of Shiva, Shivji first concealed himself at Guptkashi, but later fled from them further up the Kedarnath valley to , where the Pandavas finally got their wish fulfilled. There are more tangible connections as well-the Kedarnath pandas (priests) live in Guptkashi during the winter months, and after the Kedarnath temple closes for the winter, the image of Kedarnath passes through Gupt Kashi on its way to Ukhimath (across the valley), where it stays for the winter.

DAY 03: SERSI / GUPTAKASHI – KEDARNATH

The morning after breakfast drive to Gaurikund, Trek starts from Gaurikund to Kedarnath (3584 mts) on foot or by pony / Doli. Tour members should carry personal medicines, heavy woolen, toiletries, and clothes for an overnight halt at Kedarnath. Check in Hotel. After freshening up, visit Kedarnath ji Temple to perform Pooja. In the evening also visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the Temple. Overnight stay at Kedarnath. Kedarnath: Kedarnath is a majestic sight, standing in the middle of a wide plateau surrounded by lofty snow-Covered peaks. Kedarnath Temple, located at a height of 3,581 mts, stand at the head of the Mandakini River. The present temple, built in the 8th century by Adi Shankaracharya, stands adjacent to the site of an earlier temple built by the Pandavas. The inner walls of the assembly hall are decorated with figures of various deities & scenes from mythology. Outside the temple door, a large statue of the Nandi Bull stands as guard. It is said that devotees who die here become one with Shiva himself.

DAY 04: KEDARNATH – SERSI / GUPTAKASHI

Fresh up Early morning 04:45 am. be at Shri Kedarnath Temple to attend the “Abhishekam” ceremony of Lord Shiva inside the Garbh Griha & seek his blessing. Then start Trek down to Gaurikund. Then drive to Sersi / Guptkashi & Overnight stay.

Dinner.

DAY 05: SERSI / GUPTAKASHI – RISHIKESH

The morning after breakfast, proceed to Rishikesh. Enroute visit Devprayag (The Sangam of Alaknanda & Bhagirathi River). On arrival, check-in & relax. The evening is free for leisure. Night halt at Rishikesh.

DAY 06: RISHIKESH – HARIDWAR

The morning after breakfast, check out & Explore Rishikesh's local sightseeing Ram Zhula & Laxman Zhula. Today, you set out to enjoy rafting on the river Ganga. The rafting will go on for several kilometers. While rafting you will experience rapids ranging from Level 1 to Level 5, in order of difficulty. You may also enjoy rappelling, rock climbing, kayaking, and trekking in Rishikesh at your own cost. Then proceed to Haridwar/Delhi, Drop at Haridwar Railway Station. & Night journey towards Delhi.

DAY 07: DELHI

Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances, Covid pandemic, etc

NOTE :

We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary / any cost increment in the package due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, hikes in fuel or hotel rates, vehicle malfunction, political or social disturbance, Covid pandemic, or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.
It is mandatory to carry Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at the time of Check Inn wherever applicable for security reasons.
During traveling, it is mandatory to carry a valid medical certificate (RTPCR Test Negative Report within 72 Hrs. of the departure / Double Vaccination Certificate). It will help the organizers to inform and alert all other persons during the tour that they can follow the medical/government norms in this regard.
Guests can avail of the facility of Pony / Doli/ else services at their own cost. Subject to Availability.

At the time of booking 50% Advance Payment. Before 30 days of tour departure 50% Final Payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

The minimum Cancellation (Service Charge) is Rs. 2000 Per head. 90 - 45 Days prior to Tour Start Date 15 % of the full tour cost. 44 - 20 Days prior to Tour Start Date 30 % of full tour cost. 19 - 10 Days prior to Tour Start Date 60 % of full tour cost. 09 - 06 Days prior to Tour Start Date 80 % of full tour cost. 05- 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost

IMPORTANT NOTE :

Confirmation / Cancellation of the package should be accepted in writing only and it acts as per the above policies. In case of cancellation, the refund will be processed after the completion of the scheduled tour. In case of postponement, the cost will increase as per the next tour. In case of tour cancellation due to Government Rules & Regulations by The Central or Respective Region for various reasons, then the Minimum Cancellation will be applicable as a service charge & refund the amount shall be delayed in being delivered to the guest.
Despite advance planning, schedules are forced to change / Cancel. Terrorist Attacks / Delays In Bus / Train / Flight For Various Reasons / Rush / Crowd At Places Of Interest / Restaurants / Traffic Jams / Breakdowns / Accidents / Communal Riots / Overbooking And Late Check Outs At Hotels / Foggy Conditions / Stampede / Local Annual Fairs / Yatras / Road / Rail Diversions / Local & Occasional Holidays At Places Of Interest, etc.
In All Situations We Try To Find A Solution And Take The Journey Ahead, Yet Without Cooperation & Understanding From Guests, We Fail To Deliver.
